The Good Cookies
Lisa McCulloch began baking gluten-free cookies more than 15 years ago, when her mother was diagnosed with celiac disease. The cookies were too good to just keep in the family, so along with her friend Amber Barros, Lisa opened The Good Cookies to share her recipes with the world. Today, the menu expands far beyond gluten-free cookies to include vegan almond bars, dairy-free coconut macaroons, and donut holes. This eclectic array of GMO-free delectables even got the attention of the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards—The Good Cookies provided treats for the show in 2013.
