Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
We set realistic goals and we provide a variety of exercises with different variations so each person can progressively get stronger and be challenged. We also provide a motivating, energizing atmosphere with encouraging training staff, a great facility and a science based program that delivers results. We keep track of results by testing body fat and composition. We also offer monthly challenges to keep things interesting and exciting as well as providing short term goals.
What’s the most radical physical transformation you’ve seen a client make?
We’ve seen some amazing transformations for sure. Physically, we’ve seen people lose 100+ pounds in a year, we’ve also seen people drop 15% body fat, transforming themselves from being overweight and unhappy to very fit and healthy. We’ve seen women who have just given birth drop 75 pounds in 5 months after having a baby. Not only do we see physical transformations, but mental transformations as well. Many people come to us, unhappy, defeated, frustrated and disgusted with themselves and over the course of a few months we see a totally different person who is confident, in a better mood and happy with the person they see in the mirror.
