Very nice instructors and a unique twist on working out! I’m a dancer and really miss being able to move and get into the music. Can’t wait to try other classes! So far Ariel yoga is awesome and a total workout!

Challenging workout for someone new but Nikki was very helpful and patient. She explained all the different ways to modify. I wasn’t sure how I would feel the day after, but I feel great. Can’t wait to go back and try it again.
