Being a newbie to Crossfit but motivated to make positive change I was a bit intimidated at first to start. Cale was my trainer on the first day, and went over my fitness knowledge on weights etc to identify how much support in learning the ropes I needed. I knew nothing about weights or CrossFit (as my regular fitness routine is usually running daily). Cale was super patient and also very encouraging/challenging in a good way. Left class feeling motivated to really make CrossFit a part of my daily routine. So glad I checked out CrossFit OverWatch!
Love it! Great coaching by Jimmy and other instructors. Really keeps my heart rate up without "over doing it". I love the different exercises as well - keeps me from getting bored through class! Very, very challenging though, but good for all body types.

Our Programming is so unique to CrossFit it alone will keep you begging for more! Our Coaches are highly educated in Fitness and Nutrition, fun loving and know how to motivate members on an idividual basis. The Commuinty itself is made up of such wonderful and motivating people! No D-bags allowed!
