The Harrisburg Weight Loss Trainer

Once upon a time, Topher Young was overweight and unhealthy. One day, Topher decided to lose some weight. He bounced from diet to diet and downed supplements and other remedies that promised weight loss. Nothing worked. So Topher took another approach. He spent hundreds of hours researching weight loss, nutrition, and exercise, eventually becoming a certified personal trainer. Topher made the choice to lose weight the right way—with a combination of healthy eating habits and exercise.

Now he spends his days helping others that face the same roadblocks he once did. Topher guides clients through personal training and group boot-camp classes that combine fun exercises with an extra push when clients need it.
