The menu, which draws from the family's recipes, centers on classic American cuisine. Hearty egg dishes dominate at daily breakfast, while lunch and dinner showcase inventive 100% Angus chuck burgers and hot sandwiches. Joey's secret 16-year-old barbecue-sauce recipe smothers St. Louis–style ribs, slow-cooked ribs, pulled pork, and grilled chicken, and an extensive selection of whiskey includes everything from Buffalo Trace to the iconic Pappy Van Winkle. Meanwhile, daily deals keep patrons returning for happy hour and drink specials.
