About Elemis Spa at Mohegan Sun

The Elemis Spa at Mohegan Sun may be named for a skincare line founded in England, but its inspirations are drawn from all four corners of the Earth. Aroma-stone therapy combines hot stones, massage, and Asian-inspired essential oils to release deep tension from muscles. The Hawaiian wave four-hand massage features two therapists performing lomi lomi techniques, and the Elemis exotic body wrap blends coconut and frangipani flower essences in a Tahitian recipe designed to protect and nourish skin. Skin-specific facials might utilize a mask containing bilberry, a.k.a. the European blueberry.

These services unfold in 15 spa therapy rooms contained in the 22,000 square-foot space, which also boasts two spa suites, a couples room, a fitness center, and a salon. It features separate men's and women's relaxation lounges, too. Here, guests in complimentary robes and sandals zone out while listening to soft music or a recording of Morgan Freeman reading the dictionary.
