Pottery wheel throwing for one

This two hour wheel throwing class is on Friday evenings starting at 6pm. You will learn the basics (like in Ghost) that include bowl, cup, or vase shapes. You will make and keep 1-2 pieces. Should you not be local to the St. Petersburg area, there will be a nominal fee for shipping your item(s) to you once finished.

This two hour wheel throwing class is on Friday evenings starting at 6pm. You will learn the basics (like in Ghost) that include bowl, cup, or vase shapes. You will make and keep 1-2 pieces. Should you not be local to the St. Petersburg area, there will be a nominal fee for shipping your item(s) to you once finished.

• For those who would like to give the pottery wheel a try, whether it’s for the first time, need a refresher, or just to cross it off your bucket list.
• Designed to give you a feel for the pottery wheel.
• Clay, glaze and firing fees included.
• Bring your own towel/apron.
• Groupon must be purchased prior to booking. Each person on Groupon must reserve a space. Do this by calling The Hive at 727-290-6515
• Groupon voucher must be provided at time of class – printed or on phone app.
• Each student will have the opportunity to create one to two pots. You can add decorations and brush on glaze.
•  Students will clean wheels and work areas after their class.
• Completed work takes three weeks to process before you can come back to pick up, take home, and enjoy!
• General refund and cancellation policy: One-time Pottery Classes are eligible for a refund or to reschedule, if done prior to 48 hours before the class. Groupon Classes may be rescheduled, if done prior to 48 hours of the scheduled class. Groupon Classes are not eligible for refund.
• Any art work left after thirty (30) days becomes the property of the studio.
