I attended an Express 26 class. While the classic 26 moves are congruent to other hot yoga classes, and the staff are very friendly, that's about all I found comforting. Everyone loves something different about their classes, and I found myself missing a different studio's hot yoga style while attending The Hot Room. To me, the room is too tiny, too bright, I'd prefer a matting to the floor rather than their carpet, there's no music before or after the class, there's not a cold pressed towel at the end, and the area reserved for the register/bathrooms/changing/lockers is so small so you're squished trying to get ready.
The room is large and HOT! just how I like it. very clean. in a convenient location in cool springs. The class started on time, the teacher was loud and detailed in her instructions, however she did not participate in the moves. They didn't have any music playing throughout the class (which i prefer) but it was still great. There are no showers or separate bathrooms but there are lockers so that is a plus! Over all, every thing was great and the groupon is totally worth it!
