About The Hot Room Yoga and Wellness Center

Before each class, practitioners of Bikram yoga voluntarily walk into a room heated to 105 degrees. They aren't trying to psych themselves up for a trip to the Mojave Desert; instead, they're there to work through 26 yoga positions. The extreme heat helps their muscles relax, boosting flexibility, and it also helps them sweat out toxins. Classes also help the respiratory system, as students learn pranayama—controlled breathing.

Inferno hot pilates is a fun, effective workout that creates massive results. The 60 minutes will fly by as you practice pilates principles and move through a low impact, high intensity interval training session.
