The introductory dinner for eight, available only to new clients, can take on a Cajun, Mexican, or Italian theme depending on the client’s preferences. The Cajun menu may include crab-stuffed mushrooms, Louisiana-style gumbo, and white-chocolate bread pudding; the Mexican menu may include a spread of nachos, cheese enchiladas, beef tacos, black-bean queso, and pecan-caramel flan; and Italian menu may include bruschetta on asiago bread, shrimp scampi, and tiramisu. A private chef will prepare the gourmet dishes—with ingredients and cooking equipment that he supplies—in your home before serving them to your guests and taking care of cleanup.
