White Linen After Party with Rebirth Brass Band
Rebirth Brass Band performing “I Like It Like That” on WNYC’s Soundcheck
The Rebirth Brass Band, a Grammy-winning collective from New Orleans, comes out swinging in fiery live performances they've perfected over their 30-year history. From beat-heavy hits such as "Do Whatcha Wanna" and "The Law" to the chant-driven "Here to Stay," the collective sears itself into the brains of dance enthusiasts with drum-fueled performances and a range that climbs higher than a Sherman tank mowing up a rainbow. Blasting classic hits as well as gems from their 2011 album, Rebirth of New Orleans, Rebirth Brass Band tramples the stage as fans share the joys of dancing along. Funky outfit Tyler Kinchen and The Right Pieces gets the crowd moving early with selections from their their record, Here It Is.
