Q:

I am wanting to purchase 4 tickets for 4 adults to attend the ice castle on the same day at the same time. It says 1 per person. Does that mean if I purchase 4 tickets I can only use on on 4 different days. Or do I purchase 1 and 3 more as gifts? Need answer ASAP

Ivonne S.  asked on  Nov 29, 2013

A:

Sorry for any confusion. Please redeem the admission for two or admission for four in one visit.

Q:

is a reservation necessary.

Bretha M.  asked on  Nov 29, 2013

A:

In order to use the Groupon, you just need to register. You don't need to register for a specific date. So just complete the checkout process and then come when you would like. Thanks!

Q:

Is it easy to walk around the ice castles? I'd like to bring my Mom, she is elderly. She can walk, but is not spry.

Keely S.  asked on  Nov 28, 2013

A:

The walking surface in the Ice Castle is made from crushed ice that has a similar consistency to that of large gravel. Sometimes there are larger chunks in the walking paths that are slippery. We maintain the walking paths and groom them daily to make them as safe as we can. However, the paths can have slippery places, it is just the nature of ice. That being said, we have elderly people visit regularly and we are not aware that any of them have had problems walking through. My recommendation is that you may want to walk through first and assess the terrain to see if it will be OK for your mother. Not knowing her, it is difficult to make a recommendation either way.

Q:

purchased as a groupon, but when I went to enter the coupon code on the ice castle website...it said that the code wasn't valid (and I just copied and pasted) and that it doesn't meet the minimum purchase requirement...why is that?

Sarah W.  asked on  Nov 27, 2013

A:

You may have only entered in that you have 1 ticket instead of two tickets. You can email support@pulsemob.com and they will get back to you immediately.

Q:

When is ticket Valid? The exhibit doesn't open until 12/26/2013 (weather permitting), and the Fine Print has *3* different expirations! "Expires Mar 10th, 2014. Not valid until after 1/2/14. Not valid on 1/20/14 or 2/17/13." So, can we only use the ticket for 8 days (12/26 -> 1/2)? What if the exhibit doesn't open on 12/26?

Michael H.  asked on  Nov 27, 2013

A:

Let me help "Expires Mar 10th, 2014" means that this is the last day that you can use it. "Not valid until after 1/2/14" means that you can't use it until after 1/2/14. "Not valid on 1/20/14 or 2/17/13" means that you can't use the Groupon on those two days. So you can use the groupon between January 2, 2014 and March 10, 2014. That is over two months of time to come up and use your groupon. Thank you.
