Each dancer receives a custom tailored curriculum based on their individual goals and extensive input from the dancer and his or her family. Every action is specifically designed to fuel positive physical and psychological development, fostering success not only in dance but in school, work and social life. Our internationally recognized instructors are former professional and competitive Irish dancers who have been ranked in the top ten dancers in the world on multiple occasions, have performed on Broadway, on television and in dozens of countries worldwide and have choreographed and directed shows and performances for multiple companies. Our instructors have been featured in shows such as Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance, are fully certified, hold advanced degrees in performance psychology, education and are well trained in youth development. Each class is designed to address the areas of growth, safety, confidence and fun, and our integrative curriculum promotes youth development at all levels.

At TIDC we focus intently on growth, both in the studio and beyond. We help our dancers, regardless of age or level, achieve their individual goals and provide opportunities for them to branch out to achieve new levels of success. We utilize the principals of performance psychology to fuel development and make sure we have a ton of fun along the way. With two instructors, we are able to provide challenges and feedback to any level of dancer simultaneously, and regularly work with groups of beginner, intermediate and expert level dancers in one group. This allows us to foster a collaborative and encouraging environment for everyone and a truly unique experience! If you find yourself practicing your steps at home, don't say we didn't warn you!! ;)
