Q&A with the Marketing Director
Décor can say a lot about the type of food a restaurant serves. How does your décor inform or reflect your culinary practice?
Every part of The Junction—the refined comfort food, hand-made cocktails, and custom design—comes together to create a stress-free experience. With over 5,000 square feet of dining space, a solid wood bar, a large patio, and multiple big-screen TV's, it's a great place to have a business lunch, a family get together, or a night out with friends.
In your own words, how would you describe your menu?
Simple, honest, and handmade foods crafted from the finest raw, local, and sometimes distant ingredients.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
Inspired by their experiences, the owners wanted to open a gathering place that combined good food, good drinks, and good company. The Junction Kitchen & Bar is a trendy community-driven neighborhood restaurant and lounge, with the goal of attracting locals and young professionals. Its goal is to instill a majestic environment that is both entertaining and accommodating to guests.
