The Junk Food Tour ferries famished day-trippers on a five-hour tour throughout Philadelphia's better-known structures and full-sized samples of cuisine in a first-class motor coach. This edible expedition eschews the chips and sweets typically found growing in couch-potato gardens for fresh, high-quality fare such as succulent pulled pork, fresh brisket, and the eponymous Philly cheesesteak. Each tasty trek samples cuisine from seven eateries that reflect the city's character and edible opportunities. Savor the specialty pepperoni and cheese bread at Marchiano's bakery before chomping through a juicy cheesesteak at Jim's Steaks, with a sweet change of pace at Pop's Water Ice to cleanse hoagie-coated palates. Tour-goers have their pick from a selection of four items on each menu; guides call the order in from the road so the selections will be ready when the coach rolls in. The food is included with the tour, and riders receive full portions from each stop instead of semi-satiating tastings.

Riding diners cruise through the city, visiting historic sights ranging the Philadelphia Museum of Art to the Philadelphia Sports Complex. The tour grants visitors and residents an opportunity to get off the beaten path and experience Philadelphia. Guests will also wash down the liberty victuals with unlimited water, soft drinks, and juice on the bus, as well as receive a free eco-friendly tote for leftovers and a free poncho if it rains.
