About The Kolache Kitchen
The Kolache Kitchen serves nutritious meals that are baked, not fried. The breakfast menu includes a variety of sweet and savory kolaches, breakfast tacos, empanadas, cinnamon rolls, and other freshly baked goods made from scratch daily. The Kolache Kitchen even serves a boudin Kolache, a Southern twist on a traditional pastry. In addition to the breakfast menu, the lunch menu includes five different sandwiches ranging from a ham and brie melt to an authentic Cuban sandwhich. Their pork and brisket is smoked in-house for more than 12 hours. Diners can also choose from smoked pork, seasoned chicken, or marinated steak lunch tacos with housemade sour cream and guacamole.
