The Korea House
With a head chef who boasts more than 30 years of experience and a sushi chef who trained at the Hyatt in South Korea, The Korea House's menu is in four very capable hands. As such, you'll want to build a feast from their extensive menu. Korean-style barbecue features a choice of meats served still sizzling in a skillet, accompanied by banchan (small dishes of veggies, tofu, and other accoutrements). Head chef Choi claims the soft tofu soups to be his specialty; the soon doo boo is popular with guests, with a spicy combination of tofu with clams, beef, or pork. Other Korean favorites include bibimbap, kimchi fried rice, stone bowl dishes, and Korean BBQ.
