I really liked the job she did. The lashes were great. The down side was as I was leaving she said "by the way ... you have to pay the HST." There is no mention of that on the coupon or anywhere on Groupon. I handed her a $20 and she said she did not have change. I was so upset from being blindsided and couldn't believe she didn't have change so I told her to use her tip money and left. I have never done anything like that before. It just wasn't right. She could have been up front before the service was rendered. Great lashes though. Lasted a long time.

So this business doesn't actually exist. It's actually called Eyelash Extreme and is located at 50 Kennedy Rd. S. inside the Kennedy Mall. This business exists on Groupon with very poor reviews, so I assume they created the Lash Lounge page to cover it up. The experience was unpleasant, with only one staff member there, who upon my arrival, told me that my lashes were the same length as the extensions and that if I wanted to have a good experience, would need to pay an additional fee for silk lashes. She said that I could contact Groupon for a refund, which she would back up with an e-mail, supporting my claim. This didn't happen, and although Groupon addressed and corrected the situation, I still wouldn't recommend this business.
