My child was halfway done and now the username and email address does not show as registered. Total rip off.

We experienced a software upgrade issue on 12/3 and unfortunately lost data created between 8:45 PM and 9:30 PM. It appears your account was created during this period. Please recreate your account. Your existing redemption code will still work on the new account. We also sent a related email on 12/4, but it may have landed in your spam folder. If you lost any course progress, reply to that email after recreating your account and let us know which chapters you completed. We will restore your progress manually.
