I took my almost 2 year old son here to play on 1/30/24. Unfortunately during our visit he tripped on a rug which caused him to trip on a wooden structure that was next to the rug having him fall flat on his face and busting both his upper and lower lip and a nose bleed. The floor in this area is not cushioned. It Just has vinyl flooring. They have small rugs through out that are not stable and move around which can be dangerous for toddlers. They also have wooden house structures where on each side it is lifted from the ground where a toddler who may walk over it can easily trip. When the accident happened I also didn't get much of a response from the staff. She never left the bar she just asked from afar if he was ok while I had to ask her for ice and cleanup the blood on the floor from his fall. I would not recommend this place for toddlers there are a lot of things that are unsafe and this is coming from a former preschool teacher. Sadly I won't be coming back. I send an email to the owners and I am waiting for a response from them.
