I was scheduled with Crystal but Sara is who did my hair (not sure why the change), and I would not recommend her. I was there for over 3 hours to get a full highlight and cut. I had a work meeting to get to, so at the end 2 girls were drying my hair. My cut was rushed. Sara lacked experience especially around cutting hair. I had to ask her manager to come fix my layers. It felt like I had to tell her what to do as she kept asking me if it was ok (which it was not). Also underneath my hair is white, luckily hidden. But the foils were left on too long. The top is orange in places and I can see roots still, the foils were not close enough to the root. I am not thrilled at all. Lastly the Groupon I used did not state any additional charges but I was charged for more product. I would recommend the business add that to the Groupon notes to avoid surprises. I had read a ton of a reviews but realize now they spoke of Crystal. So maybe I got a new person and got unlucky. My booking confirmation said Crystal but that is not who I was with. I won’t be back unfortunately. The search continues.
