Q:

I am interested in reading the local news on line. In which computer formats is the news offered? PDFs? I prefer PDFs because they look great, sharp image and I can print a page I wish to keep. My main concern is all the complaints people have concerning evergreen billing practices even if they are not happy and want to quit. They cannot cancel? Why isn't the customer paying the bills respected and honored ?

chuck k.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

A:

Hi Chuck- Your digital membership gives you full access to all of our stories on latimes.com. It also gives you access to the daily eEdition which is a PDF replica of the print paper. As with all of our subscriptions, you can call customer service at 1-800-252-9141 at anytime should you wish to cancel. Happy Reading!
