The Maker's Body CrossFit
As a kinesiologist and CrossFit Level 1-certified coach, Tyron Piteau knows how the body should move normally and when it's being pushed to the limit. The latter is a regular occurrence at The Maker's Body CrossFit, where Piteau and his team of coaches lead groups through CrossFit workout of the day.
