As soon as the certified techs from The Masters Touch roll up to a house, they hop out of their vans and begin a five-step carpet-cleaning process. They start by searching carpets for areas in need of special attention by identifying stains, high-traffic regions, and gossip corners. Then they spray carpet fibers with a heated solution that breaks up embedded soil. With their truck-mounted equipment in hand, they rinse carpets while simultaneously extracting the water. This washes away the dirt fibers and keeps the padding and sub-floor dry. After coating carpets with optional Scotchgard and deodorizers, they groom each fiber to speed up drying time. Before they leave, techs allow customers to inspect their work before giving themselves a smiley face stickers. The Masters Touch also offers snow-plowing services, clearing driveways and porches of snow and making them easier to walk and drive on.
