Q:

1) The fine print reads endless entre, not a reguklar entre as you told someone previously. Endless entre is the special where it is all you can eat. 2) it reads $99.90 value for $49: If I add 8 +8+5+5+25+25+8.5+8.5= $93. Am I missing something?

Tom P.  asked on  Jul 30, 2013

A:

Sorry for any confusion. The incorrect information has been corrected.
The value of this Groupon is $100 and the package includes the following:

Glass of house wine or house martini (an $8 value/person)
Salad (a $6 value/person)
Endless entree combination for the table, including an assortment of meats, a vegetable bowl, and a flight of gourmet sauces (an $25 value/person)
Choice of cooking style (a $5 value per two people)
Choice of chocolate fondue to share (an $8.50 value/person)

Hope that helps to clarify.

Amanda Z.  asked on  Jul 31, 2013

Hi Amanda, The entree is fondue as well. It is cooked in a broth or hot oil traditional fondue style. Thanks

Q:

What is the difference between a 3 course dinner and a 3 course dinner package? What is included in each option?

Sara B.  asked on  Jul 30, 2013

A:

Sorry for any confusion.
The dinner options are the same. The only difference is the days on which the Groupon is valid. This is to insure the merchant can keep track of the excellent new Groupon customers.

Q:

Hi, Mike; If I purchase this voucher today, can I use it tonight? I am moving away from Albany down South where there isn't a Melting Pot near me, about 2 hours away in the same state...

Jennifer L.  asked on  Jul 30, 2013

A:

Hi Jennifer, I'm not sure when the vouchers come through but you will need to have the voucher with you. We need to be able to scan it off of your phone or sheet of paper. I think it takes about 24 hours to process though. Thanks,

The offer indicated $89 for a three-course fondue dinner for 4; however, I was charged $99. Was the $89 a misprint or was I overcharged?
