We went to the Melting Pot in Warrington, PA. There are a lot of people involved in dealing with you from beginning to end. The customer service and professionalism is incredible. I'm all about good customer service, and when people are in customer service positions that shouldn't be it makes me crazy. I was so impressed. We were made to feel very cared for, and you're also made to feel as if you're eating at a exclusive really expensive restaurant, not a chain. Brian was our server. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Fondue is so much fun, and a very special and incredible experience. Most of the food was amazing, especially the cheese fondue. There are so many choices for each course, and almost all of them could be made gluten free. You have to let them know you need gluten free even if you see the GF on the menu since they can prepare it either way. The portion size for each course was perfect. I thought for sure we would walk out overstuffed and uncomfortable, but it was just enough. We had three courses - a cheese fondue (Spinach and Artichoke) which was amazing, a salad which was also great, and when you get the entree to also fondue, you can EACH pick three items from a huge list of choices, even pasta. You would think how can you fondue pasta? For example, if you choose sirloin, salmon and shrimp, you get a generous amount of pieces of each item. All of the other courses also had a good amount of choices. It's a great place for a fun night out with friends or a special occasion. I didn't feel it was that expensive for the amount of time you're there, since it's more time consuming than a regular restaurant, and for what you get for your money. You can also order a la carte and get as much or as little as you want. You know how sometimes you're so excited to do something and then when you do it's just okay or not? This exceeded our expectations. We went on a Friday night and had a 6:45 p.m. reservation. We only waited about 5 minutes before being seated. The place seemed really crowded, so I would definitely suggest making a reservation on a weekend. I would imagine during the week it wouldn't be as busy. I'm a female and I was taking a friend to dinner for her birthday. When she made the reservation and told them it was for two, and her birthday, they asked if we wanted to be seated in, I think she said they called it "Lovers Lane," or the "Lovers Section." I was cracking up. We're just two women friends, but I meant to just take a look at that area since I thought it was so funny, but I forgot. Apparently when my friend went to the restroom she saw it and said it was half round tables with privacy walls, so it's more private to be able to play footsies or something. Sorry for the long post, but I didn't feel I could leave anything out.
