About The Melting Pot

At the center of every table at The Melting Pot is a heated cooktop. To begin a four-course experience, the staff places a stainless steel pot on top, bubbling with a blend of cheeses—such as swiss and cheddar, or fontina and butterkase—infused with lager or wine. Diners submerge chunks of artisan bread and seasonal vegetables into the cheese. During the salad and entree courses, diners can chose from a selection of seafood or meat dishes, each paired with signature sauces. The pot makes another guest appearance for dessert, this time full of chocolate swirling with caramel, peanut butter, or marshmallow cream. A platter of fresh fruit and baked goods, such as brownies and pound cake, suspiciously eyes the fondue before adding a dulcet coda to the meal.
