Very nice establishment. Easy Check-in. This is my second Brazilian Wax and this was very difficult for me and extremely painful. I've had experiences with tattoos and a previous wax experience and none have been harder then this particular session. Things I remember from my first experience were: 1. My tech would do smaller sections at a time rather than larger pieces, which causes a lot more discomfort. 2. After each strip she would place pressure immediately to reduce the pain. 3. She took her time and wasn't in a rush to finish. Although, my technician was very patient and kind at first. I just got to a moment that I couldn't hold back the tears anymore because of the pain. I tried to prepare beforehand with pain relievers and my period shouldn't be coming in until 2 weeks from now. I wish that my technician would have been more thoughtful and not just so eager to finish the job. It would have been nice to hear encouraging words and not that "Not all individuals are a candidate for this procedure". Like really! The difference is that my first Brazilian Wax experience encouraged me to go back, yet this second experience left me discouraged about ever contemplating this procedure again. And the only difference between these two experiences was unfortunately my technician. Sometimes you don't know the positive or negative impact you can have on a person's experience by your choice of words.I do hope that no one has this experience and isn't treated like another appointment vs a human being.
