What You'll Get
Like a good parent, a good gym trainer is attentive to your needs, supportive at all times, and staunchly opposed to you dating the guy who drives the ice-cream truck. Raise your muscles the right way with this Groupon.
Choose Between Two Options
- $29 for 30 days of unlimited boot-camp classes (a $250 value)
- $39 for 60 days of unlimited boot-camp classes plus 12 personal co-training sessions (a $775 value)<p>
During personal co-training appointments, trainers draw up tailored fitness plans and supervise small groups of clients, giving each one individual attention. Co-training is augmented by Re-Energizer Bootcamp sessions that kick heart rates up into target zones and challenge muscles with one-hour workouts filled with plyometrics, core work, strength exercises, and cardio drills. Classes are scheduled Monday through Saturday, and adapt their routines every two weeks to account for students’ progress. See FAQ for personal co-training here.

About The Motion Room
The Motion Room lets loose an effervescent staff of personal trainers, each of whom rejects the idea of detached, generalized fitness that dominates other gyms. Instead, they centre each of their programs around each client's specific goals, following the four values of education, motivation, guidance and support. To this end, trainers lead 4 Series boot-camp classes and personal co-training sessions that take a more holistic, caring approach than programs that inexplicably shut clients in empty rooms with a chair and a hungry lion. Keeping students on the straight and narrow, the staff holds body composition evaluations every 90 days, fields all on-site questions, and maintains an ever-growing online resource with exercise and nutrition advice. This devoted approach has earned the loyalty of Barenaked Ladies drummer Tyler Stewart, who has videotaped his fitness regimen at The Motion Room as a testament to their methods.
