Went today and i must say after not being able to walk on my own legs ten mths ago i was so scared of working out.Thinking that i wouldn't be able to do it......But with the nice people here i felt very comfortable and was able to ajust the things my body wasn't ready for and i still felt the praises for what i was able to manage from the trainer. I have been in other bootcamp sort of rooms and never felt this comfortable i have walked away from some in total shame from how i had been treated .At motion room that did not happen oh how i love this place..

Really fun and effective workouts, especially for someone like me who doesn't love cardio! I also appreciate that everyone is very focused on their workout - it's a motivating environment.

2 mos pkg - Vaughan location is insanely clean. Equipment is strategically placed making for an effective use of time/workout routine. Workout is specific to your level and goals. Instructors Joseph and Alex take the time to walk/train you through your program adjusting you as needed. Multiple classes available 6 days a week! I Highly recommend! Will continue w membership. Very Happy!!

Today I had my 1st session and it went great. Joseph is extremely helpful and patient, which was very important to me. I'm just getting back into physical fitness and don't know too much about different exercises and Joseph spent time in explaining things and ensuring that I was comfortable. I'd recommend this to others as well:)

Have recently started attending and so far so good!! Jackie Sumner is amazing!! She is patient and thorough and really takes the time to make everyone a priority. She is very encouraging!! Definitely recommend!

During Personal Co-Training appointments, trainers draw up tailored fitness plans and supervise small groups of clients, giving each one individual attention. Personal Co-Training is complemented by Re-Energizer boot-camp 4 Series sessions that help decrease body fat, improve cardiovascular endurance, and increase strength and coordination through challenging one-hour workouts that focus on full body, core, movement, and recovery exercises. Workout routines change every two weeks to account for students’ progress. Classes are scheduled seven days a week. The 30 and 60 day deals are consecutive days.
