I purchased a Groupon ticket before check the availability, for me is impossible to redeem, may I be refunded? I have to ask to Groupon or to you?

Well...We do add new dates all of the time...so if you wait, you might be able to find a date that works for you (And the show vouchers never expire...so they are good at any of our nationwide locations whether you use them now or a year from now!) But if you simply cannot use them, you would need to contact Groupon. Hope we get to see you at a show sometime!
