I know costume isn't necessary but was wondering if most people go in costume, or in regular attire? Also, I know alcohol is not included in the price of tickets, but are sodas included in the meal?

Hi. How do I use the Groupon that apparently is being sent to my email to make a reservation? On your website? Do I have to forward the email containing the Groupon or is there an ID number on it through which I can make the reservation? I don't have a working printer, so if it has to be printed, can I forward it to a friend to print from their computer? BUT, since that is time-consuming, can I still reserve the night we want in the meantime? Thank you very much for helping this Neanderthal navigate the intimidating world of computer technology!
