About The Noble Experiment

There's a revival of small-batch spirit-making underway in Brooklyn, and Bridget Firtle is right in the middle of it. Her small-batch rum distillery, The Noble Experiment, opened its doors in 2012. It churns out premium, all-natural spirits that are unique to New York City—in fact, Bridget relies solely on domestic ingredients, right down to the organic molasses. Her efforts have garnered an abundance of press in recent years, including write-ups from the New York Times, Zagat, and Forbes, which included Bridget in its 30 Under 30 list of exceptional people working in food and wine. Fans can check out Bridget's polished operation while visiting the distillery during tours, tastings, and special events.
