For years I’ve used my own workout schedule/agenda, but decided to give this plan a shot because going to the gym has been a little stale recently. 2 weeks in and this plan has exceeded my expectations. Super easy to read and got me excited to go back to the gym.

Such an incredible value - not only do you get a personalized guide with macros tailored to your needs, you also get a ton of information with tips and advice from licensed nutritionists. The Nurtured Body team was a pleasure to work with, and I'm looking forward to using more of their services in the future!

I can't believe this was only like 10 bucks. There was so much information included. Not only were my macros calculated, but the nutritionist who calculated my macros gave me much needed tips, advice, and resources. I now know just a bit more about nutrition. Two thumbs up!!!!
