During Ribfest, a variety of restaurants from across the country cook up their mouth-watering ribs and other Southern cuisine for visitors to sample as they peruse the grounds of Zoo Miami. After sating their taste buds, guests can partake of a variety of activities such as attending cooking demonstrations, watching the National Ribbers Competition, or purchasing items from arts and crafts vendors. Saturday’s events are set to a soundtrack of classic and Southern rock thanks to live music from Mojo Scoundrels and Fire Brigade, and Sunday ushers in country tunes from The Rodeo Clowns, Payback, and Burnt Biscuit Band.
