Dustin and Kathy may be Kansas natives, but they put their roots down in Elizabeth. Here, they run The Patch in Elizabeth, an autumn-fan's paradise. Primarily, this is, as the name suggests, a pumpkin patch; but they house plenty more than just these orange gourds. Visitors are welcome to pet goats, mini pigs, sheep and miniature donkeys at the petting zoo or travel around the land on a hayride. Of course, these fall activities may provoke hunger; but Dustin and Kathy made sure to create a snack stand where guests can enjoy Louisburg apple cider and homemade apple cider donuts and other options. Additionally, for a bit of a challenge, guests can take their crack at the Corn Maze that includes activity stations throughout.
