Inside Pig Rig BBQ & Catering, the Ole' Hickory Smoker works overtime to ensure guests get their fill of real pit barbecue. Before hungry patrons can gobble up hearty portions of succulent pulled pork, juicy chicken, and tender beef brisket, however, the smoke-masters behind the counter treat the meat to a dry-rub mixture that's kept top secret. Alongside entrees of hickory smoked pulled-pork sandwiches and baby back ribs are homestyle sides such as cowboy beans, smoked mac and cheese, and sweet-potato loaves.
You can even fulfill those barbecue cravings on-the-go. The Pig Rig's food truck, recognizable for its bright-red paint job and yellow flame decals, makes appearances around town to destroy appetites wherever they may be found.
Fantastic BBQ done right. Great customer service, extremely friendly makes you feel like they want you to come back!!!

The owner was pleasant and walked around to check on customers' satisfaction when he wasn't in the kitchen. The food however was fine but nothing stellar. Nothing from the menu is worth recommending more than anything else.
