Q:

So admission for children are free, but the activities are not free for children or adults? 4 adults & 2 kids are going. If we bought 4 groupons for the 4 adults, but only 2 adults would do activities, can the kids use the activites from the groupon for the adults don't use them. Can the adults go on the activities too with young children? Is there an age/weight/height limit for the activites? We have a 1 yr and 2yr.

Jessica G.  asked on  Dec 10, 2012

A:

You may choose to split the groupon activities between individuals as you wish. Adults are welcome, and encouraged to accompany small children. Thank you

Q:

If I have 3 children, and I buy 3 packages so each can do all activities, can we use all three in one visit? Fine print says there is a limit 1 per visit, but after reading the other questions, I'm confused. Do you'll have a website?

http://www.facebook.com/pages/North-Pole-Of-Texas-San-Antonio/291718860943497 You may use as many groupons as you would like. I believe the one per visit is something standard that groupon puts on all deals. Thank you

Q:

Since my kids are all free do I have to purchase the activities for them there at the individual prices? If I do not intend to use any of my activities, just the admission could my 12 year old use my activities or would they go to waste?

Jo A.  asked on  Dec 10, 2012

A:

You may choose to use the items on groupon any way you wish, if you want to split with someone that is fine. Admission is free for children, but activities are not. Thank you

Q:

Since the groupon includes $5.00 admission price, is there a groupon for kids since they are free to admit? Seems paying $13 with admission price for a kid is paying for their admission! They should only be $8.00 right? I need 2 adults only and 3 children. Buying a groupon for each of us is paying for 5 admissions when it says clearly the children are free. Thats $15 extra I should be paying! Please clarify asap so I can make my decision...thanks.

Dawn M.  asked on  Dec 10, 2012

A:

This is the only groupon we have to offer at this time.

Q:

If I am taking 8 adults and I buy 8 groupons will i be able to use one groupon for each person the day I go? not sure what can only use one means

Linda A.  asked on  Dec 10, 2012

A:

Yes, you may use 8 groupons for 8 people. I'm not sure what Groupon means either, I think it is something standard they add to every deal?

Q:

I am really not clear about this deal. If I purchase a ticket at the gate, will I get the other activities for free (train ride, hot chocoloate, etc.). Or the only way to get the activities you mentioned is to purchase the Groupon, right? Do the kids, 15 and younger, get to do all the activities you mentioned for FREE or only the entrance is free? What will $5 at the entrance get you? Please be detailed with your answers. Thanks.

Teresa W.  asked on  Dec 9, 2012

A:

Groupon includes 1 adult admission- at gate this would be $5 1 person (adult or child to do activities listed on groupon, the value of each activity is listed next to it on groupon) For children admission is always free at gate Without groupon you would purchase tickets for each activity( all activities are between 3-5 dollars)
