About The Revolutionary Pizza Company
At the Revolutionary Pizza Company, patrons have a hand in the pizza-making process. Customers walk down an assembly line, directing cooks with their selections. Pies begin with a traditional multigrain, or gluten-friendly crust. Then there's a choice of eight sauces in such flavors as garlic basil, pesto, or teriyaki. Customers can also have the assembly-line workers add veggies, meats, and cheeses—including a vegan "cheese," if they like. After a sprinkling of oregano, pizzas cook to a golden finish inside a special oven within just four minutes. Diners can either chow down as soon as the pie is removed or add from a selection of seven "afterbakes" like olive oil, arugula, or grated parmesan. The restaurant also allows people to customize their own side salads and the way their wear their napkins.
