Every new member must register for a one-hour introductory lesson with a trainer, after which they may attend the center's boxing classes. Both Groupon options include this required class. Introductory lessons are offered daily.
During technique and shadowboxing classes, boxing instructors help students fine-tune punches, blocks, and footwork. They match students of equitable weight and experience for classes that allow duos to apply and hone techniques inside the ring. See the full list of classes.
