The Rush Studio
The aerodynamic look of The Rush Studio’s Keiser M3+ bikes makes them appear poised to race away—but they never do. The sleek stationary bikes, with a single-wheel design, host athletes during spinning classes at the boutique-style studio. Their built in mini-computers track each athletes unique workout stats, from their RPMs and calories burnt to when they should start wearing a helmet just in case. Led by enthusiastic instructors, classes can run for 45 or 60 minutes, and students can reserve their bikes ahead of time with the studio’s interactive iPhone app.
