• Located on Granville Island, The Sandbar features a menu of fresh seafood, including a fresh sushi bar opened nightly
• The menu at Hoshi’s Sushi includes a wide variety of sashimi, maki, nigiri, and assorted sushi
• Classic California rolls ($8) and cucumber rolls ($4) may be added to the diversity of Hoshi’s assortment of sushi ($29), which includes the chef’s choice of fresh seafood in eight types of nigiri, one tuna roll, and one crab or sea urchin roll
