More than 80 vendors, representatives from top NYC vegan restaurants, and insightful vegan personalities gather at The Seed: A Vegan Experience for two days of shopping and exploration. Keynote speaker Joel Fuhrman MD, author of Eat to Live, joins Ironman triathlete Brendan Brazier and other notable vegans to deliver talks on performance nutrition, animal advocacy, and how to get started on a vegan diet. Bust magazine is also hosting a craft fair, featuring DIY vegan art from independent artists. Proceeds from the event go toward Mercy For Animals and the New York Coalition for Healthy School Food.
