Though the 19th-century "bathing costume" remains popular for its ability to hide bodily flaws, contemporary suits create less drag, enabling swimmers to evade rabid sea tigers. Today's Groupon improves your chances of survival with a trim physique from The Someday Coach. For $35, new customers get four weeks of kettlebell boot-camp classes, a $159 value. This Groupon can be redeemed at any of Someday's four locations (Land O' Lakes, Brandon, South Tampa, and Wesley Chapel). You'll sweat two or three days a week, depending on which location you choose. Call ahead to register at your nearest location.
Under the tutelage of The Someday Coach herself, Carrie Kukuda, participants will undergo a body-blasting, ever-changing regimen of Russian kettlebell swinging customized to their individual fitness levels. Having earned her certification in kettlebells, Kukuda designs her workouts to exploit the myriad waist-trimming and muscle-toning uses of these versatile vehicles of vigor.
You can expect to burn 750 calories per session, drop 10–25 pounds of fat, lose 3–8 inches off your waist, and drop one to two dress sizes if you stick with the sweat-making regimen. Along the way, you'll develop more energy and improved confidence, which you can use to enter horse races as one of the horses.

- Carrie was inspiring and I learned so much more about kettlebells from her instruction and immediate feedback than I had previously done in the past 11 months of training by books and videos. – Lincoln McNeil, Sr.
- Coming to the first Kettlebell class was a little intimidating. I was not sure if swinging around a weight would work for me. I was so wrong. Carrie has taught me so much and I'm completely addicted to kettlebells. – Sandra Sanchez
