We purchased our package during Covid and had to postpone our massage. We found out when we arrived that we wouldn’t have access to the pool which was disappointing but Greg, the spa manager completely made up for it by accommodating us with mimosas and a pool day on another day during the week. Massages were amazing. The staff was amazing. 5 stars.
