My name is Melissa McHugh. I am a Reiki Master, Crystal Reiki Master, Mindfulness Coach & Meditation Practitioner. Having the experience of needing a teacher while I was going through an emotional time in my life and seeing how powerful Reiki & Meditation can be is why I started my Reiki and Meditation business. I know that if I had had a teacher sooner I would have had a much easier time and would have stayed with it knowing that what I was experiencing was normal and I wouldn't have been so afraid. My goal now is to help people through this transition and guide them every step of the way. Helping them find the tools they need to live a life of peace and empowerment.
