The inn is gorgeous and well-kept. It is also walking distance several shops and restaurants.

I actually opted to upgrade and stay in the Inn, so can't comment on the carriage house. I had my dinner both nights at the Inn, one for the Murder Mystery and one on my own the next night. The food was amazing --- chicken parmesan, fish and chips, salad( nice with toasted pecans), fried ice cream, banana cream pie.
