The Suburban Bourbon
More than 60 varieties of bourbon—that’s what awaits you when you enter Suburban Bourbon’s cozy, darkened interior. Sidle up to the bar to sip a Rebellion bourbon, with notes of honey and caramel, or a 15-year Orphan Barrel Forged Oak from Heaven Hill Distillery, with its signature flavor of dark fruit. Or get a special pour of the Van Winkle Special Reserve, a 12-year-old, 90.4-proof sweet whiskey that is only given out in one-ounce pours in an effort to save some for Rip when he finally wakes up.
If you're looking for another kind of nectar, the bar also serves single-malt scotch, craft gin, and 12 beers on tap, including Southern Tier Crème Brûlée stout and Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale. Any of these drinks pair well with the restaurant’s full menu of burgers, wings, and pub-inspired entrees, such as the wild-mushroom swiss burger and the bacon-wrapped meatloaf with a honey-bourbon glaze.
