Take pride in the work that I do because I feel that it is a sacred duty and honor to do this work. I spent most of my previous work experience in New Zealand where I was able to get a lot of experience working with athletes to assist their intense training regimens. I enjoy working with individuals who seek balance within their body or those just needing an excuse to take some time for themselves. I strive to support each client individually so every service feels special to my clients.
